Here is an 1854-O Seated Liberty Half Dollar. This is the "with arrows" type, which were added to these coins on either side of the date to show a weight change, and removed in 1856. A scarcer branch-mint coin from the New Orleans Mint. We grade this coin Very Good. This coin has its original old patina and color. This coin shows most of the letters of Liberty on the shield, but they are weak. This coin has overall even wear, with a few marks noted in fields. The reverse has many of the wing details in the eagle showing, and the shield having strong details just beginning to show some wear. A mark noted behind eagle's head on right. Strong rims, with denticles showing on both obverse and reverse. A pleasing coin that would fit well into a lower grade type set. Enjoy! Thanks for looking; we are grateful. WDED-40
