Here is a vintage Hamilton Model 974 railroad pocket watch with a Montgomery 24 hour, 60 minute railroad dial. There is no ‘6’, and the ‘18’ from the 24 count is at the top of the seconds bit. In a Dueber gold filled case, with the ‘Liberty holding a shield’ mark. This watch is running, but it may still need cleaning to run to full time. This is a size 16 watch which is 43 mm. Stem wind and lever set. This watch was made in very early 1913 with serial number 1331074. The enamel, full Montgomery, Railroad dial is in excellent condition, with no cracks or stains -- and looks mint, except for a couple of very small spots. The crystal is excellent, with no cracks or scratches noted. Seconds bit at 6 o'clock, with number 18 inside. The movement is the Model 974, 17 jewels, adjusted. Back cover is engraved with a 3 initial monogram. The case shows no wear-through. Thanks for looking. Enjoy. We buy these watches as we sell them, so they are sold as described, and are not returnable for any reason. WDEW-08
