This is a sterling silver peacock brooch pin made in Mexico. The top of the head features 3 genuine turquoise stones. One is damaged. The pin back is secure. There is a lovely dark patina on the silver that could be removed with silver polish if one wished to do so. The peacock measures 2 3/4″ long x 1 3/4″ wide. The back is stamped Made in Mexico. Total weight is 12.3 grams/7.9dwt.
This is a vintage, previously owned brooch. Therefore, light wear can be expected. There is no visible damage.
