This is a vintage 10K yellow gold carved shell cameo brooch/pendant. The cameo has a high relief with excellent detail. The woman is playing the harp. This cameo was most likely made and sold in Italy. The setting is secure. The bale will accommodate a 3mm wide chain. The pin back is secure and stamped 14K. Total weight is 7.9 grams. This is a very nice cameo! I haven’t seen this design before.
This is a vintage, previously owned cameo. Therefore, light wear can be expected. There is no visible damage.
