This is a vintage 1950's filigree gold gilt cameo brooch. The cameo is carved from green glass. The cameo stone measures 29mm long x 21mm wide. The top and bottom green cabochons are glass with red flecks. There are also white faux pearls. They have some scratches under magnification. The entire brooch measures 3 3/4" long x 2 1/4" wide. The pin back is secure. Unsigned.
This is a vintage, previously owned brooch. Therefore, light wear can be expected. There is no visible damage.
