This is a vintage .800 fine silver filigree oval brooch with a hand-painted portrait of a woman cloaked in blue with a golden halo around her head. The brooch measures 1 3/8″ long x 1 1/8″ wide. It has a secure pin back.
This is a vintage, previously owned brooch. Therefore, light wear can be expected. There is no visible damage.
