This is a vintage sterling silver Mexico brooch. The balls are hollow. There are 4 turquoise stones in raised settings. One of the stones moves a tad inside the setting but it isn't at risk of falling out. The brooch measures 1 1/2" long x 2 3/8" wide. The pin back is secure. It is stamped Mexico Sterling. Total weight is 18.8 grams.
This is a vintage, previously owned brooch. Therefore, light wear can be expected. There is no visible damage.
