Vintage Sterling Silver Turquoise Southwestern Ring ETC9334

This is a vintage sterling silver southwest ring set with turquoise. The other stone is a dark brown color. Not sure what it is. The ring face measures 1 1/8" long x 7/8" wide. The band is sized at a 10 1/2. Total weight is 23.2 grams. It is marked Sterling 925, but is not signed. There is no visible damage. What looks like a crack inside is not a crack. It is mark left from tools.
