Here is an 1853 Seated Liberty Quarter. This is the With Arrows and With Rays variety, and an excellent type coin. We grade this coin as Very Fine +, and this also is a sharp strike, with clear rays around the eagle on the reverse. This coin has its original old patina and color. Bold shield and Liberty. Only light wear found on high points of Liberty figure. The reverse has exceptionally strong details in the eagle, with bold rays.
