Here is one of the select coins from one of our special buying trips. The attractive high eye appeal and surfaces of these rather unique coins are of superior quality for the assigned grade. In our searches at the numerous coin shows we attend, we buy only 2 out of 100 of the coins we look at. So what you are getting is the cream of the cream from a wise and discerning eye. All of these coins we would buy for our own collections, so keep in mind that each coin offered here has to get past our eyes before it gets to yours. Enjoy!
This selection is an 1881-S Morgan Silver Dollar, certified by PCGS as MS 65(Mint State 65). Pleasing reflective surfaces on the obverse, with excellent rainbow toning on upper right. Deepest purples are peripheral. A few marks in fields, but none are detracting. Liberty's cheek and chin are nearly mark free. On the reverse, only a few small marks found in fields, and none are detracting. No marks seen on eagle. Excellent cartwheeling luster on slightly mirrored, but mostly matte finish surfaces. A bit of peripheral purple toning on lower right. A very pleasing, original coin to add to your collection. Thanks for looking. Enjoy. WDEB-07
