Here is an 1887-S Morgan Silver Dollar with very pleasing toning on both obverse and reverse. Original luster and surfaces noted under the excellent peripheral darker toning on both the obverse and the reverse. This coin is in Choice Uncirculated grade. The obverse is toned with blue peripheral color, and the center in excellent deep gold. The result is very eye-appealing and quite outstanding. The reverse is toned with peripheral blue, and a matte vanilla center. Cartwheeling luster very strong on the obverse. A few small marks customarily found on the larger coin are noted, keeping this coin from the Gem grade categories. This is a coin for the discriminating toned Morgan Dollar collector, and will stand out from many of the others. A pleasingly toned example of this always popular coin. Thanks for looking. Enjoy!
