Antique Swiss Gubelin Bubble Skeleton Watch Brooch Runs High End ETC9792

Wow! What a beauty! This is an antique high-quality Swiss made Gubelin bubble pendant watch that hangs from a sterling silver palm brooch that is set with rhinestones. The watch case is sterling silver, as well, and has a line of clear rhinestones right around the center. This 1930's mechanical (winding type) watch is in a heavy acrylic plastic bubble with a skeleton back. The dial is a beautiful creamy silver color with a satin finish that radiates as light bounces off of the curved crystal ball. It features gold hands and Arabic numerals. The dial is signed Gubelin and Swiss. The 25.7mm silver case holds the 1 ruby jewel movement, which can be observed in motion thanks to the curved crystal back. The crystal is in excellent condition. The brooch portion measures 1 1/2" wide x 1 3/8" long. It is stamped 925 with a hallmark and the pin back is secure. This watch winds, runs & keeps accurate time over a 48 hour period. We rarely see these types of watches in our 4 decades of buying. We do believe this is a RARE piece!!
