This is a women's MULCO Blue Marine wristwatch. The watch dial appears to be made of pale blue abalone and set tiny rhinestones. It has a date window and glowing hands. The watch is 46mm in diameter. The case is stainless steel with a rose gold colored finish. The watch is 10ATM water resistant with a Swiss chronograph movement 8172/220. The band is black rubber and sized to fit every wrist size. The band is 1" wide. We put a new battery in it, it does run slowly, then stops. Depending on what button you push, the secondhand moves, but the minute hand does not. It might be something simple, however, we do not know these types of watches, so we will call it as Not Running. It has only had one previous owner who took great care of all of the other jewelry she sold us. I'm certain she took great care of this too.
